Also, my comment was in reference to another comment, not your post, which was admittedly pretty free of Lost-phobia.MMRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15153354751263597162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7821047945485494094.post-70484440226577272752008-07-27T22:46:00.000-07:002008-07-27T22:46:00.000-07:00i don't get what is the problem with "making it up...i don't get what is the problem with "making it up as you go?" How else do you think any art really gets made? You think Joyce knew how Ulysses was going to go, every step of the way, BEFORE HE STARTED WRITING IT? This is a weird criticism of "Lost" that I've seen all over the place, and it continues to confuse me. Do you think that a TV show should somehow exist independent of the humans who create it? This would not be possible. SOMEONE has to make it up as they go, or there would not be a product.

"Lost" is the best show that has ever been on television, and I say that having been one of the world's most extreme X-Files fans, also Twin Peaks. For me, it is Lost. Lost, Lost, Lost. It is like slowly discovering a new spiritual system. And I spent years hating Matthew Fox on "Party of Five!" That is the power of "Lost."MMRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15153354751263597162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7821047945485494094.post-24048691403010514632008-07-25T11:02:00.000-07:002008-07-25T11:02:00.000-07:00So you don't think they are making it just because...So you don't think they are making it just because Carter, Duchovny and Anderson have nothing else going on these days?

Yes. Things just kept getting better and better. She revealed herself to you in new and exciting ways and just when you thought things could never get any better, they did. Every week. And then you came home one day and found her injecting herself with heroin."

i couldn't of said it better myself! :)Antonellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03248415150738585024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7821047945485494094.post-13256290778882569582008-07-24T12:09:00.000-07:002008-07-24T12:09:00.000-07:00You & me both, pal. I saw The X-Files straight through her addiction until the point she left town to go to some clinic for rehab.

You stay away from that Lost girl, though. She's only going to break your heart -- her writers are totally making it up as they go.

Man, I need to find cheap copies of the X-Files seasons.Fredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11762589940867885062noreply@blogger.com
